Our clients use our services to maximise the enjoyment of their second home.
We offer a full range of services, from key holding and garden maintenance through to changeovers , pool maintenance and property management within a 40 minute radius of Cognac.

our charges
Per Hour
We offer a simple flat rate charging structure of €20 per hour for gardening, cleaning and pool maintenance.
Monthly Contract
Most clients will use more of our services in the spring and summer months than at other times. To smooth out the bills we also offer clients the option to pay a flat monthly fee throughout the year.
Lettings Management
Some clients would like to let their property during periods that it is not in personal use. We offer a fully comprehensive sevice, from preparing the marketing material, taking bookings and preparing the property. Depending on how much, or little, you want to be involved our charges range between 20% and 40% of the weekly rental.
